Abstract: BIM is the process of managing and generating information about a project or building throughout its life cycle. This information is created and managed in an intelligent and three-dimensional database, which is kept updated in real time with each change that is made to the project, allowing the extraction of information in an accurate and coordinated way. This process presents different dimensions of work, such as form, time, costs, sustainability and operation. Last Planner is a control system that substantially improves the fulfillment of activities and the correct use of resources of construction projects. It is combined with BIM in the dimension 4D (time) optimizing the fulfillment of the activities of the project in the execution stage.
